Our meeting point is a nice local Farm producing the local white wine, the Vernaccia di San Gimignano that you can taste before or after the walk. We plunge then into one of the 14 Natural Reserves of Siena province, Castelvecchio, named after the ruins of a Medieval hamlet perched on a hill. This place has a very interesting history, I am sure you look forward to listening to it! After the walk you may choose to visit San Gimignano, the medieval settlement with the most famous skyline, featuring many medieval towers. We walk on the pilgrims’ footsteps to reach the main square, where, after all the exercise, we can be rewarded by the best gelato ever!
